Hi, I’m Bernice! I’m a licensed esthetician specializing in Brazilian waxing with over 4 years of experience. I take a lot of pride in my work, from the technique I use to the little details that make your appointment more comfortable. I believe waxing should be more than just removing hair. It’s also about feeling comfortable in your own skin, being able to ask questions, and knowing you’re in good hands. Whether it’s your first Brazilian or you’ve been waxing for years, my goal is to make every appointment feel comfortable, personal, and never rushed. I’m big on educating my clients, paying attention to the details, and building genuine connections with the women who trust me with their care. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you so much for booking with me! ♡ To keep things running smoothly for everyone, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Please take a moment to review my policies before your appointment! CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in an 80% fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will result in a 90% fee. • Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment. A FEW APPOINTMENT REMINDERS • On your period? That’s totally fine! You can still come in for your wax as long as you’re wearing a tampon or menstrual cup. • Running late? I allow a 7-minute grace period. Anything beyond that may need to be rescheduled to avoid running into another client’s appointment time. Late cancellation fees may apply. • No extra guests or children, please! My space is limited, so I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. I completely understand that life happens and things come up! I just ask that you communicate any changes as early as possible.
